At The Experience Event Centre, our story began long before the doors of our venue opened. What started as a passion for event planning grew into a vision to create a space where unforgettable moments could come to life. From weddings and receptions to milestone celebrations, the dream was always bigger than planning events — it was about building a venue where people could truly create experiences of their own.
Over the past 10 years, we’ve worked across every side of the event industry, including DJing, MCing, event planning, décor, and design. That hands-on experience gave us a unique understanding of what it takes to bring events together seamlessly from start to finish. With that knowledge and passion, we took the next big step and built The Experience Event Centre from the ground up — a milestone that represents years of hard work, creativity, and dedication.

The Vision Behind The Experience
Every great journey begins with a passion. For A. James, that passion has always been creating unforgettable moments.
Long before The Experience Event Centre became a reality, A. James was building memorable celebrations from behind the DJ booth. Music gave him the opportunity to connect with people during some of the most important moments of their lives, and it sparked a passion for creating experiences that guests would never forget.
As the years went on, he realized there was an opportunity to offer clients more than entertainment. His creative vision led him into event décor, where he began transforming ordinary spaces into extraordinary celebrations. From elegant floral installations and custom mandaps to beautifully designed tablescapes and statement pieces, each event became an opportunity to bring a client’s vision to life.
That passion naturally evolved into event planning and coordination. Understanding that every celebration is unique, A. James focused on providing personalized planning services that removed the stress from the process, allowing clients to fully enjoy life’s biggest milestones.
Together with his wife, A. James built more than just an event venue — they created a destination where celebrations are brought to life with passion, creativity, and purpose.
